PEMF therapy for muscle recovery
How quickly and completely your muscles recover determines how consistently you can train, perform and progress. PEMF is one of the most effective recovery tools available — used by our World Champion clients not just when injured, but as a regular part of their training week.

Dave Sloan, Hyrox World Champion, is a regular Pro Active PEMF client — using it as a cornerstone of his training recovery protocol, not just when injured.

How it works
Why PEMF accelerates muscle recovery

Reduces DOMS
DOMS is caused by micro-damage and inflammation in muscle fibres after hard training. PEMF modulates this inflammation, reducing soreness severity and duration so you can train again sooner.

Increases nutrient delivery
Recovery requires oxygen, amino acids and growth factors to reach damaged muscle. PEMF improves circulation, ensuring raw materials arrive faster and in greater quantities.

Boosts cellular energy
PEMF increases ATP production in muscle cells and stimulates the cellular repair processes that rebuild stronger tissue after exercise.

Improves sleep quality
Most muscle repair happens during deep sleep. PEMF reliably improves sleep quality — giving your body more high-quality repair time every night.
