Sleep improvements are often the first thing clients notice — even those who came to us for a completely different primary condition.

How it works
Why PEMF improves sleep

Nervous system regulation
Most sleep problems trace back to a nervous system stuck in low-level fight-or-flight. PEMF facilitates the shift to parasympathetic dominance — the state your body needs to sleep deeply.

Supports melatonin production
Specific PEMF frequencies support natural melatonin production — your body's own sleep hormone — without the rebound effects of artificial supplementation.

Reduces pain disrupting sleep
Callus is the initial bridging tissue that forms across a fracture before remodelling into solid bone. PEMF accelerates this early phase, shortening the overall healing timeline significantly.

Restores cellular energy
Excessive inflammation around a fracture can slow healing. PEMF modulates the inflammatory environment — maintaining enough for healing signalling while preventing the chronic inflammation that impedes recovery.
